We describe our services, timelines and past work as accurately as we can, but the site is general information, not a quote or an offer. Timelines such as “2–6 weeks” are typical, not guaranteed for every project.

• The first call is free, and booking or attending it doesn't commit you to anything.
• Prices, scope and timelines only become binding when they are set out in a written proposal or agreement that both sides accept. That document, not this website, governs any project.
• If you book a call and can't make it, use the links in your calendar invitation to move or cancel it, or tell us on WhatsApp or by email.

Please don't:

• send false information, or requests on someone else's behalf without their permission;
• send spam or automated requests through the forms or the booking calendar;
• try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it.

The site's text, design, logos and images belong to Aetheron Works (Private) Limitedor are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content or brand without asking us first. Names and logos of clients and products belong to their owners.

We link to services such as WhatsApp, Google and our social media pages, and to sites we built for clients. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from relying on the site's general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka will handle any dispute about them. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
